I wanted to make this guide incredibly comprehensive, with so much information, but also keep the price low - because I know how expensive healing can be. 

Regulating the nervous system is a process where we become more tolerant and less reactive to the world around us. Regulation requires us to understand why we are triggered, to recognize what the core wounding is that created that trigger, and then requires us to heal that wounding. It really is that simple! But of course, you need the knowledge to understand how to identify the wounding, work with the wounding, and then heal the wounding. And that is why I created this resource!

Although this resource will deliver information to you succinctly, I want to be clear that the goal here is not a race to the finish line. The goal is to regulate your nervous system with patience and consistency, so your nervous system regulates fully and comprehensively. When you take your time and regulate your nervous system with intention and depth, you regulate your nervous system in a sustainable way, meaning you will regulate your nervous system and maintain that regulation, for the rest of your life.

When we rush through regulation, we can end up healing more superficially. Superficial healing calms the nervous system down, but does not heal the wounds/triggers that created the dysregulation in the first place. Superficial healing happens when we rush, when we are hasty, when we use superficial tools, and when we just “want this to be done already,” instead of taking a breath and recognizing that rushing is not the most effective way to regulate. We actually want this to take time, so we can be thorough.

So when I use the word ‘quickly,’ I am not wanting you to regulate your nervous system quickly. Rather, I am wanting to deliver you information quickly, so you can apply the tools that really heal the nervous system. I want you to have as much succinct information as possible, so you can begin to live a calmer, more grounded, and more aligned life.

I do want to mention that regulation actually does go by quicker when you are doing the deeper healing work. Imagine this: You regulate your nervous system in a rushed and less intentional way, and you use more superficial healing tools. Will that regulate your nervous system fully and comprehensively? Nope. So likely, you will have to go back and do the inner-work that will end up being the deeper, more thorough work. Now imagine this: You regulate your nervous system thoroughly, with intention, and you engage in the deep healing (through tools that access wounds and heal them on the spot). Will that regulate your nervous system fully? It sure will, and you will not have to go back and do it again - so it will take MUCH less time in the long run! Trust me on this, I have seen it thousands of times with clients.
