Learning How to No Longer Abandon, and Instead, See Our Inner-Emotions.

In this episode, we talk quite a bit about parenting to start. We then shift into talking about learning how to commit to changing a pattern, and then move into facing unconscious thought patterns - and how to bring those to the forefront - so you can overcome them quickly.

Some main themes in this call are: 

- How some tools and programs encourage us to self-abandon, and are only putting a Band-Aid on our situations.

- How to see the trauma underlying the feelings in the body, and knowing what to do with it.

- Meeting ourselves, seeing ourselves, and no longer abandoning our emotional-selves.

And...Yes, in the middle, I had to add an audio clip of myself saying "resilience" because I accidentally said "resistance" instead of "resilience," and it completely changed the meaning of the whole sentence!
